LG Free 5 Year TV Warranty
Free 5-Year Warranty on LG OLED TVs
Buy an LG C6 or G6 OLED evo TV from Jennings Sound & Vision and it comes with 5 years' cover at no extra cost. LG's manufacturer's warranty covers the first year, then Domestic & General covers years 2 to 5.
There's nothing to fill in: as an authorised LG retailer, we register the extended cover for you when you buy, in our Fleet showroom or online.
Qualifying TVs: LG C6 (42"–83") and LG G6 (48"–65") OLED evo

How Your 5 Years of Cover Works
Year 1: LG
Your TV starts with LG's standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty. If anything goes wrong in the first year, call us and we'll help you get it sorted.
Years 2–5: Domestic & General
From the start of year 2 to the end of year 5, your TV is covered by Domestic & General. For a fault in this period, contact them through their repairs page.
We register it for you
No forms and no deadlines to remember. We register your extended cover with Domestic & General when you buy, so it's in place from day one.
Our Take: why the extra years matter
A TV is something most people keep for years, and the bigger OLED sizes are a serious investment. Five years of cover means the TV you choose today is protected well beyond the usual 12 months, without paying for an extended warranty. Combined with a demo in our showroom and advice on the right size for your room, it takes a lot of the risk out of buying a premium TV.

LG 5-Year Warranty FAQs
Do I need to register the 5-year warranty myself?
No. When you buy a qualifying LG OLED TV from us, we register the extended cover with Domestic & General for you, so there are no forms to fill in.
Which LG TVs come with the free 5-year warranty?
At Jennings it applies to the LG C6 OLED evo (42", 48", 55", 65", 77" and 83") and the LG G6 OLED evo (48", 55" and 65"). Model numbers are listed on this page.
Who covers my TV in each year?
Year 1 is LG's standard manufacturer's warranty. Years 2 to 5 are covered by Domestic & General.
What should I do if my TV develops a fault?
In the first year, contact us on 01252 811800 and we'll help you get it sorted with LG. From year 2 to year 5, contact Domestic & General directly through their repairs page.
Can I combine the 5-year warranty with LG cashback?
Yes. LG's current cashback promotion can be used alongside other offers, so a qualifying C6 or G6 bought by 27 October 2026 gets both. See our LG Cashback page for details.
I bought a 2025 LG OLED from you. Am I still covered?
Yes. Qualifying 2025 B5, C5 and G5 OLED TVs bought from us came with the same cover, and it works the same way: LG in year 1, then Domestic & General for years 2 to 5. For a fault after the first year, go to the Domestic & General repairs page.
Can I see the C6 and G6 before I buy?
Yes. The LG C6 and G6 series are on demo in our Fleet showroom at 185 Fleet Road, GU51 3BL. No appointment is needed, but you can book a time if you prefer.
