How It Works

How to Get Your 5-Year Warranty

1. Buy a qualifying TV

Choose a qualifying Samsung TV in our Fleet showroom or online, between 1 May 2026 and 30 April 2027.

2. Register within 90 days

Register on Samsung's warranty page or by calling 0333 000 0333. You'll need your invoice and the TV's model and serial number.

3. Covered for 5 years

Your TV is covered for 5 years from the invoice date. If a fault develops, contact Samsung Support on 0333 000 0333.

Our Take: register on the day it's set up

Samsung's extra four years are free, but only if you register, and 90 days soon slips by. The easiest time is the day your TV is set up: the serial number is on the label on the back, so note it down before the TV goes on the wall or stand. If you're not sure what you need, give us a call and we'll talk you through it.

Samsung 5-Year Warranty FAQs

Do I need to register the 5-year warranty?

Yes. Samsung's extra four years only apply once you register your TV with Samsung, within 90 days of the invoice date. Register online through Samsung's warranty page or call Samsung on 0333 000 0333.

What do I need to register?

Your proof of purchase (your Jennings invoice), the TV's model number and serial number, and an email address for Samsung's confirmation. The serial number is on the label on the back of the TV.

Which Samsung TVs qualify at Jennings?

Qualifying models we sell are the S95H OLED (48", 55", 65", 77"), S90H OLED (42", 48", 55", 65", 77", 83"), R85H Micro RGB (55", 65"), QN73H Neo QLED (43", 50", 55"), the 32" Q5F QLED and the 55" Terrace outdoor TV. Model numbers are listed on this page.

What does the warranty cover?

Samsung's standard 12-month warranty plus four extra years, so five years from the invoice date in total. During the extra years, Samsung covers faults in materials and workmanship, including the callout charge, parts and labour. It doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse or OLED screen burn.

How do I make a claim if my TV develops a fault?

Call Samsung Support on 0333 000 0333 with your TV's model and serial number and your registration confirmation email. Keep your Jennings invoice to show the engineer.

Can I transfer the warranty if I sell or give away my TV?

No. The extended warranty is for the original purchaser only and isn't transferable.

Can I see Samsung TVs before I buy?

Yes. Samsung TVs are on demo in our Fleet showroom at 185 Fleet Road, GU51 3BL. Demo stock changes, so call us if you'd like to see a particular model. No appointment is needed, but you can book a time if you prefer.
