Shipping
We offer a free delivery service to all addresses within a 10 mile radius of the store address (GU51 3BL) on orders over £100. If you would like to order an item(s) under £100 please contact us on 01252 811800 where we will be happy to help. Deliveries will be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that orders placed during a weekend or bank holiday may take longer to be fulfilled. For out of stock items please contact us on 01252 811800 where we will be able to provide expected delivery dates.
Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind you may return your item provided it is unused & in its original condition with all packaging and accessories. For this you will need to provide proof of purchase and made the purchase within 14 days. We will give you either a refund or exchange provided the item meets our terms and conditions (see below). If you request a refund we will also refund the delivery charge.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Terms & Conditions
If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with your proof of purchase and we will refund or exchange it. By original condition we mean:
- that you have kept all the original packaging
- the product can be resold at the full price
- you haven't used the product
- the product has not been registered with the manufacturer
- the product does not contain any personal data
Unless the unit is faulty this must be within 30 days from purchase.
- for online or telephone orders we will refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order within 14 days. If you are only returning part of an order then we will only refund the cost of these item(s)
- if you return products that are outside our refund policy or you don't have a proof of purchase then we will be unable to provide a refund
- this does not affect your statutory rights
