Local Delivery (Fleet & surrounding area) |

| We offer free local delivery on all orders over £100 to addresses within approximately 10 miles of our Fleet showroom (GU51 3BL). This covers Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, Camberley, Yateley, Sandhurst, Hook, Church Crookham and surrounding areas. |

| Deliveries are made within 24 hours of placing your order (working days). Orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday may take a little longer. For out of stock items please contact us on 01252 811800 and we will provide expected delivery dates. |
| Please note: Televisions are only available for local delivery within our catchment area. They cannot be shipped nationally. |

| If you have changed your mind you may return your item provided it is unused and in its original condition with all packaging and accessories. To do so you will need to provide proof of purchase and the purchase must have been made within 14 days. We will give you either a refund or exchange provided the item meets our terms and conditions. You will need to arrange the return at your own cost to our address: |

| You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or the item is faulty. |
| You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). |

| If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with your proof of purchase and we will refund or exchange it. By original condition we mean: |
- that you have kept all the original packaging
- the product can be resold at the full price
- you haven't used the product
- the product has not been registered with the manufacturer
- the product does not contain any personal data

| Unless the unit is faulty this must be within 30 days from purchase. |
- for online or telephone orders we will refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order within 14 days. If you are only returning part of an order then we will only refund the cost of these item(s)
- if you return products that are outside our refund policy or you don't have a proof of purchase then we will be unable to provide a refund
- this does not affect your statutory rights
