History
Jennings Sound & Vision first opened a high street store back in 1998. This was predominantly a service repair facility for TV, VCR & Audio equipment with a small retail area supplying products from what were once big brands like Philips, Kenwood. Hitachi & Sony. The history of the company goes back further to 1996 when Bob James formed James Hemmings Service Ltd based in Farnborough, a service company repairing high end audio visual products.
Within a few years the decision was made to move to Fleet with the intention to offer both sales and repair service - as a result Jennings Sound & Vision Ltd started trading in September 1998. The company built on its vast experience of the consumer electronics industry in both the retail and technical fields. With the start of Digital TV broadcasting, Widescreen TV and Home Cinema Surround Sound the company prospered and the need for a larger showroom became apparent.
In December 2007 a new showroom opened, providing an ideal place to display the now wide range of consumer electronics, cherry picked to offer the best solutions for our customers. Exciting products from major brands all on demonstration in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Today Jennings is still evolving and always seeking new ways to improve its product range and customer experience, however the original concept still remains the same today as it was back when the company first started with customer service and support put first.
